Imouzzer - The Honey Route
We take the national road from Marrakech, then detour towards the village of Imouzzer (stops at will), admire the magnificent mountain landscapes of the High Atlas. We climb up to 1650 meters above sea level!
The High Atlas offers magnificent landscapes, arid mountains, palm groves, banana plantations…
Typical Weekly Rural Souk (only) Thursday morning. One can also see and admire the beauty of the Cascades nicknamed (the bride's veil) only during the rainy season.
After visiting the waterfalls and the souk (Thursday) (1200 meters above sea level), a very pleasant lunch in front of a magnificent panorama.
Paradise Valley: Pure Air & Nature
In the afternoon, we continue to the Vallée du Paradis, ideal for lovers of nature and beautiful landscapes. Possibility of taking a short walk in the valley (15 to 30 mins), where it runs along the gorges of Oued Tamraght, and where the water from the springs flows all the time, the greenery is permanent. And the vegetation is rich (argan trees, carob trees, olive trees, almond trees, cacti, wild oleander, thuja, wild thyme, wild lavender, etc.)
Afterwards, we head back to Agadir.
The Honey Route in 4×4
Imouzzer in 4×4, an interesting excursion in an all-terrain vehicle, for a day of discovery of the High Atlas mountains and the village, also known for its waterfalls and for its important beekeeping activity and its excellent Thyme honey.
The Argan tree, scientific name: Argania Spinosa, the mythical tree, thorny with attenuated leaves 8 to 10 m high, very resistant and can live up to 200 years, perfectly adapted to the aridity of southwest Morocco and its silhouette is characteristic, a gnarled, tortuous and fairly short trunk with several intertwined parts, which makes it easier for goats to climb on and inside it. only loses its leaves temporarily in the event of severe drought.

I am 6 feet tall and 220 lbs. This shirt fit me perfectly in the chest and shoulders. My only complaint is that it is so long! I like to wear polo shirts untucked. This shirt goes completely past my rear end. If I wore it with ordinary shorts, you probably wouldnt be able to see the shorts at all – completely hidden by the shirt. It needs to be 4 to 5 inches shorter in terms of length to suit me. I have many RL polo shirts, and this one is by far the longest. I dont understand why.

The shirt was not the fabric I believed it to be. It says Classic Fit but was made like the older versions, not the soft cotton like my others. I don’t understand how the labels are the same but a completely different shirt. Oh well, stuck with it now.
