A superb 4-day tour in Zagora, set off in a 4×4 to discover the superb landscapes, traditions…
Kasbah Amridil was built in the 17th century by a descendant of Sidi Ahmed Bennacer, the famous founder of the Ennaciria zaouia in Tamgroute. Originally, Amridil was a small Zaouia or brotherhood. His mission was purely religious. It ensured the teaching of the principles of Islam and the learning of the Koran. Amridil still keeps an ancient sundial whose main role was to determine the times of prayers from sunrise to sunset. At the strategic level, Amridil is located on the route of a thousand kasbahs. It was a place of passage and an essential stopover for trans-Saharan caravans.
1st day: Agadir – Ouarzazat (380 km)
Departure from Agadir at 9am.. visit to Taroudant (Medina, Souks, Ramparts, Palais Salam).. lunch at the Tiout palm grove, then continue to the ksar of Ait Benhaddou (classified as a UNESCO world heritage site). since 1987).. visit the ksar, then we return to Ouarzazat…
2nd day: Ouarzazat – Tinghir (250 km)
From 9 a.m., we take the road to Skoura – and El Kalaa M'Gouna (Valley of Roses), visit the Kasbah Amridil (passage by a track which crosses fields and villages).. and then the Dadès valley (route of a thousand kasbahs).. arrival at Boumaln Dadès.. then, visit the Dadès Gorges, (lunch), then in the afternoon, we also visit the Todgha Gorges, then we return to Tinghir…
3rd day: Tinghir – Zagora – Erg Lihoudi (330 Km)
Departure at 9 a.m. towards Alnif, then we arrive in Zagora. (Lunch) then we continue south to the village of Tamegroute, visit the local green pottery factory, the underground kasbah, the Koranic library, then continue to the dunes of Tinfou, stop and photos. then we continue towards the south, and just before the village M’Hamid El Ghizlane, we take a track (stones and sand) (10 km). to finally arrive at the bivouac in the heart of the golden dunes of Erg Lihoudi and admire the famous sunset over the dunes…
4th day: Erg Lihoudi – Zagora – Agadir (540Km)
Early... in the morning... Departure from the Dunes, after seeing the blossoming of the rising sun... We take our 4×4 car and go back towards the road, then Zagora and Agdz (lunch), this is where the remarkable Valley begins du Drâa (the largest palm grove in the world)… All morning we cross this magnificent valley, more than 100 km, then Taznakht, Taliouine, then… Return to Agadir!

I am 6 feet tall and 220 lbs. This shirt fit me perfectly in the chest and shoulders. My only complaint is that it is so long! I like to wear polo shirts untucked. This shirt goes completely past my rear end. If I wore it with ordinary shorts, you probably wouldnt be able to see the shorts at all – completely hidden by the shirt. It needs to be 4 to 5 inches shorter in terms of length to suit me. I have many RL polo shirts, and this one is by far the longest. I dont understand why.

The shirt was not the fabric I believed it to be. It says Classic Fit but was made like the older versions, not the soft cotton like my others. I don’t understand how the labels are the same but a completely different shirt. Oh well, stuck with it now.
